Yesterday's wedding was one for the books in so many ways. Taylor had such a passionate vision for how she wanted her day to unfold, and she had such an incredible vendor team put together to make it happen. So honored to have played a part in this symphony and I can't wait to see photos since I barely took any. As many of you know, my son is my right hand man on setup days and he absolutely killed it, kept me going, and made it fun! I'm incredibly proud of him and his efforts and literally couldn't have done it without him. A lot of blood sweat and tears went into making this wedding a success and I'm really proud of it. Special thank you to @maddydepew_ for helping us put it all to bed at the end of the night! Congratulations Taylor and Tim, thank you for making us a part of your forever ❤️ @historickingmansion @c_and_j_catering @mollymeetsmagic @bakereventco @lancastercupcake @styled__by__bree @veroleighco @clicksburgh_retro_rentals @slmanddesignco @crimsoncloverflowers.pa @djallenfernandez @theotherlineco

I had a call last week with a calligrapher who’s been in business twenty years and has some systems in place. Partway through, she asked if this program would be overkill for her 👀 We dug into her business and I answered her honestly: No, because even though she’s twenty years in, she’s still carrying the whole thing herself. 👉 Being capable isn’t the same as having something built. The calligraphers in this room have a beautiful range of experience. Some are veterans, some are a year or two in. Some arrive with systems and templates already going, some are starting their free HoneyBook trial that week. What they share is that they built the business before the foundation was in place. And they’re all ready to stop reacting inside of it and start leading it ✨ None of them are short on confidence in their talent. It’s the business side that needs the TLC. That’s what we build together in 12 weeks, in the same order, whether you’re one year in or ten. And that’s the relief of it. You stop standing in front of a list of twenty things trying to guess which one actually moves the needle. Comment or DM me FIB and tell me which one of these is your business right now. I’ll show you what week one would look like for you 🤍 Our Fall Cohort kicks off September 7th! Enrollment closes September 4th. I’d love to see you inside! 🎉 ——————————————— #calligraphybusiness #calligraphycoach #weddingcalligrapher #creativebusiness #flourishinbiz calligraphy business tips | calligraphy business coach | who is flourish in biz for | group coaching for calligraphers | systems for wedding calligraphers

Watching Tiffany of @slmanddesignco step into her role as the guide in her client’s journey and own her expertise has been such a joy! 🤩 When she joined Flourish in Biz, she’d already done everything she knew how to do. She updated her website and improved her SEO. Inquiries were finally coming in through Google, but only about half of them converted, so she knew it was time to look at what happened after an inquiry landed. 👀 Her entire process lived in her head, and sending the fastest possible reply felt like the only thing she had to offer. Today she knows her client experience is her best sales tool. 💸 She’s no longer trying to prove why somebody should choose her. She’s positioning herself as the obvious choice, showing up as the expert and guiding clients through the process instead of letting them dictate what happens. Just six weeks into the program, her numbers had already moved. 👇 Conversion up from 50% to 70-80%. Package value up from $1-1.5K to $1.5-2K. Time working ON her business up from under an hour per week to four hours. When she joined, she told me she wanted to book more sports events. She’s since booked multiple activations in that space! 🏈 None of those clients booked her because she replied faster. 👉 They booked her because she built an experience they felt confident saying yes to from the get-go. 🎉 Doors are officially open for Flourish in Biz, and our fall cohort kicks off September 7! Comment or DM me FIB and let’s turn your client experience into the thing that books the client for you 🤍 ——————————————— #calligraphybusiness #calligraphycoach #weddingcalligrapher #creativebusiness #flourishinbiz calligraphy business tips | calligraphy inquiry process | wedding calligrapher business | calligraphy client experience | live event calligraphy

I’m looking for 7 more calligraphers who are ready to build their business engine together, so you can stop pouring your energy into everything you think you should be doing, and start building something that actually holds what you’re asking it to! 🤩 👉 If that’s you, comment or DM me “FIB” and I’ll send you the details for the Fall Cohort. Flourish in Biz was born out of a decision I made while crying on the kitchen floor at the end of 2021. I’d hit a ceiling in my own calligraphy business. I was doing 93 weddings a year, reacting to everything, and holding my entire business together with sheer memory and will power. So I did the work. Built the framework. Grew my average wedding project to $5,000. And created the margin to build something brand new. Since then, I’ve worked with 50+ calligraphers across different services, markets, and stages of business, and the pattern is always the same: they come in reacting. They leave leading. 💪 Applications for the Fall Cohort are open through Tuesday, August 25th! 🎉 We kick off Monday, September 7th, which means you’ll go into holiday and event season with a backend that can actually support you rather than drain you. Have questions or want to chat about if this is the right room for you? DM me! I’m not here to pressure you into anything. My job is to help you get clarity on your next move. 🤍 I’d love to see your name come through and support you inside this room this Fall! 🤩 ——————————————— #calligraphybusiness #calligraphycoach #weddingcalligrapher #creativebusiness #flourishinbiz calligraphy business tips | wedding calligrapher business | calligraphy pricing | client experience for creatives | calligraphy business coach
