surrounded by the best energy ❤️‍🔥

So important as an instructor to constantly network with other instructors, share cues/flows/tips/experiences/feelings & everything that keeps us human!

A very exciting studio update… ✨

@slowithjen is joining the Etta team and will be teaching every Thursday evening at 5pm, 6pm & 7pm.

It’s safe to say Jen’s glute sequences already have a bit of a reputation… ❤️‍🔥

Jen’s classes start tomorrow and there’s still spaces at 6pm (mixed ability) & 7pm (foundation / beginner) 🌟

April has been an exciting month here at Yas Bean!

Our new menu launch has been well received, which is so wonderful. You guys are loving our Honey + Sea Salt latte made with @happyvhoney!

With the return of SUNLIGHT it's been especially busy in store too, and our amazing team has absolutely smashed it.

Also it's been so great to see all your photos! Macclesfield has so many beautiful areas to explore and we are honoured to be your coffee/matcha spot along the way.

See you soon 🥰

Last week Charlie put some of the Balance dream team through their paces in an instructor training session.

These sessions are a chance to share tips and tricks, refresh on the core Pilates principles… and a reminder that even seasoned instructors get the Pilates shakes 🫨🤭

Can you guess what advice Charlie might have given out to the team? 🙊😈

Last week was another successful week of reading for me, my husband was back at work from Tuesday so after we spent Monday evening catching up on the traitors the evenings were back to being free for reading.

I’ve been pretty good at writing my reviews as soon as I’m finished so I’ve plenty to share but I’ll pop a small summary here for those who can’t wait…

Lost Lambs - funny & fresh contemporary fiction

I Hope This Finds You Well - emotional work place fiction

How to Break My Heart - brothers best friend billionaire romance

Troublemaker - creepy psychological thriller

Crown of Midnight - I don’t think I need to say anymore on this one it’s a well loved #booksta favourite

What have you been up in the last week?

Sometimes you’ve just gotta grab your balls and buckle up for the ride. 😮‍💨

We love using our @moveactive squishy balls in our classes. Great for challenging stability, coordination and balance but also sometimes to just rest your head on in side-lying exercises and have a little snooze whilst the instructor isn’t looking. 🤭

Creative moves by our @jenthepilatesgirl on @merrithew ✨
