Plyos by the morning. Strength by night. 🌕👇👇

‼️Hot take‼️ Avoiding barbells will limit your true potential.

There is an opinion in the fitness industry: that there is no need to train with barbells, because it is not a natural movement or they say that it locks your body in an unnatural pattern.
A lot of these people opt to use unstable training methods.
This can be done through Dumbells, Bands, and unstable loads and or surfaces.
There is a time and place for these but when your training is fully developed around instability you will always be a couple steps behind.
This week, I challenge you to try one new barbell exercise in your programming / day to day lifts.

I’m going to start off by saying i am grateful to have people in my life that want to see me win.

People that want to help me develop and grow.

Coach Scott @slpathlete is definitely the real deal.
