It’s been one heck of a week around here! It was a double header weekend with a rehearsal dinner sandwiched in on Sunday evening. Emily and Jim gathered their most important people at @frenchlickresort for an incredible wedding weekend capped off by a fireworks show that I literally felt in my heart!

The universe pops certain people into your life and I’m certain Emily and Jim were put into mine for good reason. I’ve never felt more valued, loved and appreciated as a photographer. It was such an honor serving them alongside @slyefilms.

There are no words. ❤️

When you’re lucky enough to get to photograph a wedding like this, there are literally no words to express how grateful you are.

A wedding where the families treat you like one of their own. A wedding where the details are out of this world stunning. A wedding where the vendor team is on POINT! And a wedding where the bride and groom feel like your best friends.

I also feel so blessed that I had multiple past couples there as well. My domers have been so amazing to refer me to their friends and, in this case, their siblings. I truly feel like a member of the Galis family now. Set another place at the table for Thanksgiving Nancy, I’m coming over, lol!

“We love you, Jessica!”

Those were some of the last words Alexa and Taylor said before leaving for their honeymoon.

Before they drove away, they made sure to grab one final photo with the person who had spent the entire day making sure everything ran seamlessly. 🤍

Jessica joined Weekend Wedding Warrior in 2015 as a Wedding Day Assistant and quickly became the teammate everyone wanted by their side. Her attention to detail, quick decision-making, and calm demeanor made her a natural fit for a Lead Coordinator role, which she stepped into in 2020.

Happy Sunday.
