POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We are thrilled to share that Salam Shalom: The Untold Story of a Jewish Family in Pakistan won the Best Short Documentary in the “Audience Choice Awards” category at the 21st Tasveer Film Festival. It is a great pleasure and an honor to receive this award at the only South Asian Oscar-qualifying film festival in the world.

We had a great time sharing Salam Shalom with the audiences at Tasveer. Congratulations to all winners of this year’s Tasveer edition. 🎉

This is the third award Salam Shalom has won during the festival circuit. @hazel.kahan

Completed another trip around the sun but this time, it felt extra special because of @queerframesscreenwritinglab something that helped me feel a little better about myself. ❤️

Spent 12 beautiful days with some wonderful people in Hua Hin and Bangkok, and I’m so grateful for every bit of it.

Thank you @rahmanrafiul for your cheerful energy and to our fairy godmothers @literarycliticism and @rachitasbarak for your magical presence. ✨

@vishnusinha and @rumpidhar thank you for creating the space for us to look inward, reflect, and unlearn.

And to my PACK, @mteo.makes @wowamedroso @smahind65 @kurniaxander @rachel.leyco @alecberame @mavvydee I still can’t believe how quickly those 12 days flew by. I miss you guys already and hope we get to meet again soon. Until then, see you all on our screens ❤️

Grateful 🌻✨

QueerFrames was a dream. Writing, boardwalk hikes, (staged) love triangles, writing, karaoke, clubbing, writing, and so much food. Big love to every single person I spent these amazing 10 days with.

With the festival just around the corner, we continue to offer a glimpse into the films that make up DIFF 2026.

This collection of short and mid-length films examine love, desire and companionship through stories of people finding their place in one another's lives.
Together, they offer a closer look at the feelings and contradictions that accompany human connection.

More film collections from this year's line-up are coming your way. Stay tuned for more stories to discover at DIFF 2026⛰️

What an evening in Bangkok! 🫶🏽🎬

From ‘A Useful Ghost’ by @ratchapoomb on the big screen to a lively conversation on building queer film ecosystems across South & Southeast Asia — so grateful to everyone who showed up, shared, listened and dreamed with us. 💫

Big love to our brilliant panelists, partners and everyone who made this evening possible. 🏳️‍🌈

A few moments from the QueerFrames Screenwriting Lab retreat in Hua Hin! 🎬📝

Between shared meals and long conversations, there was time to walk by the shore 🌊, make space for new ideas, and get to know the people behind the stories.

The journey has only just begun. ✨🎥
