“Running is the movement of a free human being. It doesn’t demand any special premises or machines. You only need to put on your shoes and get going. Let the blood circulate. Then everything becomes much clearer.”― Markus Torgeby I used to think of running as a chore. I couldn’t get my head into it, my breathing was erratic and I only focused on the next time I could stop. When I began to look at it as an opportunity to free my mind and soak in some personal development - everything changed. Now, it’s a vibe✨ What helped me make that mindset shift? Our team that is training all over the country. Being part of that energy is incredible. Experience, distance and pace don’t matter. Commitment does💥 Do you want to run? Train with us and catch a vibe✨

We don’t have to wait for some big, flashy moment to create change. It’s in your day to day habit. Each small choice you make could lead to the life you envision ✨ #repost @levelup.journey ・・・ Never underestimate the power of small habits. As humans, we have the habit of undervaluing the small choices we make on a daily basis. However, what you choose to do day in and day out will determine the course of your life. 💓 what are your thoughts?

How old were you when you stopped fulfilling other people’s expectations and committed to YOU? I was 40😳 I changed my goals, my routine, my nutrition and the people that influenced me. I slowly became stronger physically, which created an inner strength that had always hidden away. Imagine the seemingly small act of taking care of yourself is the door to an entirely new perspective on life. Are you doing everything you can to fulfill the expectations you have for yourself? Make that mindset shift✨ You are one decision away from slaying your life and I am here to help you make it happen 💥

Your story will give someone else hope✨ #butterflyeffect Repost @tanyamarkul ・・・ What holds you back from telling your story? For me, it was shame, a fear of being judged, a lack of confidence, and no real support behind me. The creative nudge I needed and so desperately craved didn’t exist. On top of all that, I didn’t believe in myself, and still struggle with this from time to time. But writing helps. A lot. And I do it every dang day. It’s helped me to realize that I can do impossible things. And I believe you can too.
