This one meant a lot. Bec runs Small Things Social Work, a neuroaffirming social work practice, and as a fellow ADHDer she got it when I said we’d just work around the chaos rather than fight it.

Bec came to us while she was launching her business, feeling overwhelmed by everything she “had” to learn. We helped her figured it out. Her way, at her pace.

Really glad we got to be part of getting you off the ground, Bec!

Our final collab with our little crew of neurodivergent social workers for the year. It’s been such a highlight of 2025 to spread some info on what social workers in private practice do.
