順利完成 Stanford Graduate School of Business（斯坦福大學商學院）的《The Business of Orthodontics》專業課程啦！

Thrilled to complete The Business of Orthodontics program at Stanford Graduate School of Business!

This trip was a true eye-opener, exploring how cutting-edge technology and business frameworks can be applied to clinic management and deepen our connection with patients.

What inspired me the most was learning alongside brilliant leaders and decision-makers from clinics worldwide. Seeing these accomplished peers gather with such passion and a lifelong-learning mindset was truly motivating!

A major highlight was our brainstorming session—teaming up to build a website using AI in just half an hour! Above all, the professor‘s core message resonated deeply: ”The core of healthcare is all about caring connection.“ Deeply grateful for this incredible experience and guidance.

So glad to connect with like-minded peers who share the same vision of delivering better patient experiences. ❤️‍🔥

🇺🇸 Align Asia Pacific Expert Exchange 2026

One of the most fascinating parts of this program was the opportunity to visit Dr. Derick Phan’s office.
@surfside.smiles

His presentation on the philosophy of building strong relationships with local dental practices and earning patients’ trust was truly inspiring.

Beyond the valuable content, I was absolutely blown away by Dr. Phan’s passion, energy, and incredible presentation skills!

And ever since that moment, I just can’t get that Backstreet Boys song out of my head! 🎵😆

We then reflected on how to apply these ideas to our own practices and shared our perspectives through small-group discussions, which made the learning experience even more meaningful.

Thank you so much, Dr. Derick Phan, for such an amazing and inspiring program! 🙏✨

Invisalign Mastermind Weekend in Napa

Such an inspiring weekend sharing ideas about treatment, technology, AI, and the future of Invisalign with some of North America’s Top 1% Invisalign doctors and Invisalign engineers.

I’m honored to be part of this amazing group. I would trust any one of them with my own family—and any patient would be lucky to have one of them as their orthodontist.

Feeling incredibly grateful to spend time with such a brilliant group of orthodontists. 🫶✨

There’s something pretty special about getting together with people who are passionate about what they do… sharing knowledge, challenging each other, brainstorming solutions, and thinking bigger about what’s possible.

This is how our profession keeps moving forward and how, together, we help shape the future of orthodontics. 🦷✨

Grateful to be in the room (and vineyard).
Even more excited about where we’re headed. 💚

AAO 2026 in Orlando did not disappoint 🙌

So great connecting with amazing colleagues and friends—these moments are what make this community so special. The AAO Fest at Universal was next level… no lines, incredible food & drinks, and the best part—sharing it all with family 🎢✨

Also, truly grateful to everyone who came out Sunday morning for my lecture on clear aligner extraction treatment. Your engagement and conversations afterward meant a lot.

Every year, AAO reminds me how powerful it is to come together, learn, and keep building something bigger than ourselves. Already looking forward to the next one 🤝
