Group run with @brooksgurunyc and @kesslerrehabilitationcenter this morning!

We demoed the new @brooksrunning Ghost Amp and Glycerin 23 for 4 miles around Cedar Lake. Kessler brought the team to show us their pressure plates. It allowed us to see how our feet pronate or supinate, our balance in and out of shoes, and how we respond to high cushion. These are great to not only make a smarter shoe purchasing decision, but shows if you are weak on either side to train smarter for a more stable body while mitigating injury. Cool tech! These are able to be utilized at your local Kessler Rehab, so reach out to them to put them to use!

A Mizuno morning with @riley_hennessy_ and @crewznforabrewzn_rc in Downtown Denville.

Thanks to everyone for coming out and sharing miles together on these streets!

Good luck to all who have races coming up. You’ve all earned your spots on that start line and be proud of what you’ve accomplished over the last few months of training. Enjoy the ride, run hard, and have fun.

We’re all set for September! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

We have @edbrittingham from @newbalancerunning bringing the all new SC Rebel v1 out for a demo run with @crewznforabrewzn_rc on 9/20 from @throttleracingclub. Buckle your seatbelts for that one!

If you haven’t signed up for the @pinkwitches5k on 9/27, I’d recommend getting on that ASAP!!

Otherwise, we’re keeping it fairly light the next few months as a lot of us need some extra flexibility to train for fall races. With that said, we’ll be doing a lot of long runs on the weekends or extra miles before the Saturday runs, so if you are interested in adding some extra mileage please feel free to message me. Extra training buddies are always welcome!!

Love our Denville community! 🫶🏻

One of my favorite parts about events like the Pink Witches Night Out 5K is seeing our community come together—not just to run or walk, but to support an incredible cause! What makes it even better is also supporting the amazing local businesses that make our town so special!

A big thank you to @sneakerfactoryrun for getting me race-day ready with these pink Nike Vomero Plus beauties! 👟💕

Now it’s your turn…
💗 Grab your pink sneakers!
💗 Register for the PWNO 5K (link in bio!)
💗 Order your limited-edition Bloom Stride pink tank (link also in bio!)
💗 Invite a friend and let’s make this the biggest sea of pink yet 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️

I can’t wait to see everyone on September 27th! 💕🩷

We are always grateful when our friends Joe and BT of @sneakerfactoryrun take a trip to visit and share their knowledge with our campers.

They brought along their friends from New Balance to help out campers find gear that fits their training plan and running style. Thank you again Joe and BT!

The @adidasrunning Evo SL and I have a love/hate relationship.

I wanted to love it. I really did. I tried. Oh, Lord, I tried. We went on multiple dates. We spent hours together. Just you and me, alone. We had good days and bad ones. I tried multiple versions of you. We even ran a marathon together. But, something was always off.

I guess hype and looks couldn’t make me love your unstable personality. Your fit was just never right. We just always felt disconnected. I guess it was just never meant to be 😢😢

To me, the Evo SL goes down as the greatest gap between hype and enjoyability I’ve experienced in a running shoe. It’s a case study I think a lot about in the running shoe industry. Hype obviously sells a lot of shoes, but is too much hype a bad thing? To Adidas, probably not. To me, as a consumer, 100% yes. It makes me skeptical.

Was the Evo SL overhyped or worthy of all of the attention?
