Dear Summer ‘25, you were a vibe! 💋

hate to say that I have to wait 10 more days to help these two celebrate their wedding day. have some bridal shower photos from when it was much much warmer.

After nearly a full year of being engaged to Danielle Christella(AKA @snoboots), two engagement shoots(one shot by us in a botanical garden to get the fleeting cherry blossoms, the other professionally shot by @haileylynnphoto who was crazy genius enough tell us to go jump in a lake at 5am), a wedding shower thrown by the sweetest friends on the planet(sweeter than honey!), many jobs and gigs and dog walks, many MANY train rides, a lot of good counsel, switching our wedding venue due to a chance encounter, a sudden move from Brooklyn to Yonkers(only possible thanks to help from Danni’s rockstar cousins and mom), a surprise weekend in Sleepy Hollow thanks to a bout with pneumonia, prayer over us from so many amazing people and family, so many favors called in and delivered upon, so much joy from relief in finding out just how rich we are even when we aren’t sure of that next step, we are finally twelve days out from our wedding day!

I proposed to Danni on February 11th last year(aka the best day of my life thus far, she actually said YES), and we shall be wed in front of our closest friends and family on January 11th. This would not be happening if not for generous support from our families, a superabundance of grace as well as spiritual and professional support from our church and the community within, and the efforts of numerous friends who were so willing to show up and give of their many incredible talents.

So much love this year my heart could burst. So much mystery this year it made my head spin. When I was anxious, Danielle came beside me and rooted me back in the word. She says I’m her rock, but Danni really helped me find the legs of my faith again, so that I could stand on THE rock who is my savior. This was a year where I set out on an important path, a commitment to learn as much as I could about the purpose of marriage, what I had already asked Danni to partner with me in. We unpacked the cows, what they mean, what they are for, and how to start to live into those roles before we declare so in front of our most important community.

We also took some photos that I am so happy to share. It is also Danni’s birthday today. I love her so much. 💙
