Wow - what can I say, this is only a tiny first glimpse of a few stand out moments as the editing process begins.... What a weekend!!!!

I feel I get the best job in the world witnessing and recording such incredible moments - so to everyone there, thank you for putting your trust in me!

Festival photography for me, is about capturing the energy, colour and emotion that comes alive, and then disappears in seconds. From live music to spontaneous portraits, these are the moments that make festivals unforgettable.

What a team @deadright__ and I were – we definitely played a bit harder than usual 😉
I also got to drop both old and new tracks… and who doesn’t love well-known classics

Everyone who came truly enjoyed the whole night – it’s always amazing to see people so deeply into the music.
I felt really grateful that some friends came especially to see me – it truly means a lot to me ❤️

It’s been a wild year, for us anyway! Deep and challenging, expansive and enlightening. So we’re taking some time on New Years Day to dive into a bit of reflection, some integration and catharsis, and opening up to what we might be stepping into.

Part 1 – Embodied Myth in Frame: The Fool ♦️♠️

Dartmoor invited us into play and wonder for the first collaborative event and shoot ritual with @gaiaharveyjackson ♥️ - gathering a collective of incredible women to explore archetypes that live within us and honor that exploration through a ritualistic group photoshoot.

We moved, we laughed, and yes… there was a very healthy amount of leaf frolicking :)
Each moment was such a joy to capture, witnessing each woman connect to the Fool in different ways - offering tenderness, play, and untamed nature.

Photography, especially at the beginning of my career, was always about play -I would experiment just to see what might surface, without worrying about whether the photo would become a “better” image.
This day brought me right back to that.

So often in life, we lose touch with our wild, childlike selves and the version of us that leads with curiosity and delight. This weekend on Dartmoor felt like finding that part again and creating for the joy of it.

Thank you to all the women who came, shared, and trusted us with this experience. 🫶🏼

On these cosy winter days, I’ve been tuning into the vision and magic I can feel building for 2026.

And naturally… it’s brought me into reflection mode ~ back through the last 13 years, pre-Arlya ~ a whole memory lane of joy that’s lifting me up and making me so excited for what’s coming now that she’s getting older. ✨

What a blessed, magical set of chapters those years were.

I was flown across the world again and again to offer ClearTransmissions at festivals and retreats ~ Corfu Ecstatic Dance Festival, the mountains in Spain, the jungle in Bali… so much beauty, so much transformation, so many moments that will stay with me forever.

I co-authored a book, taught at Bali Spirit Festival five years in a row, led empowerment and shamanic circles online, guided embodiment activations, facilitated deep healing journeys, collaborated with Skylove for sound healing & ClearTransmissions journeys, shared authentic relating, did planetary grid work everywhere I went and held countless powerful 1:1 ClearTransmissions sessions.

I travelled around India, Thailand, Bali, New Zealand, Australia, Europe, with Bali always calling me back in between.

The vision that has always moved me is connecting in community, globally.

And then… I became a mama.
And everything shifted and changed, internally as well as externally.
Life got slower. More grounded.
It was challenging because I had been so incredibly free ~ constantly moving, creating, dancing, sharing.

And yet it was also exactly what I needed.
Those years sure have shaped me.
Motherhood has deepened, integrated and shaped me in completely different ways.

And all of it ~ the freedom, the travel, the training, the ongoing deep inner work, the grounding, the devotion ~ now lives inside the work I offer today.

I've needed to slow down my group work to honour my capacity, motherhood, the depth of my 1:1 work and self-care.

And I listened.
But 2026… feels different.
It feels like the year I finally bring through the incredible offerings I’ve been preparing for a long time.. watch this space 😉

Sound and breath have completely transformed how I reconnect to myself - helping me shake off what I don’t need, physically and on a cellular resonance level, to come home to my natural rhythm. Working with @sarahjaneholistics with her sound healing therapies has brought such clarity and succinct alignment, bringing lost parts of me back into balance for some very much needed changes.

Last night, in our monthly breathwork group, I shared a music playlist which had drum and bass tracks weaved through. The feedback was just other worldly, although drum and bass can sound a little chaotic for some people the frequencies resonate on such a soul deep level that it brings depth of feelings and calm. Now, this I already know from experience, music moves me in ways I can’t even begin to explain here, but to hear this from people who would not usually choose to listen to this type of music brings a certainty that the direction I’m shifting towards is spot on!

Here are three sound and breath practices that help me (and might help you too) reconnect and regulate when life feels full:

💃 1. Have a Rave in the Kitchen
Yes, really! Put on your favourite tracks, maybe some you don’t even know and let your body move however it wants. No self judgement or thinking how to move needed. You only have to see the new @johnlewis ad to understand the power of this and how it connects us! Dancing shifts energy, frees emotion, and expands your breath, opening space for joy and release.

🎤 2. Sing — Loudly or Softly
Singing connects us to breath, emotion, and presence. You don’t need to sound perfect; just let the sound move through you. It vibrates your body from the inside out, realigning your energy and regulating your nervous system.

🚶 3. Listen to Music While You Walk or Run
Our breath naturally follows our movement, so let your playlist match your mood. Your walking or running pace follows the music, your body will find its rhythm, so choose your music to meet where you’re at.

Each of these practices is a form of breathwork - using sound, rhythm, and movement to bring you back to your essence and help you thrive in what truly matters.
