Discover a new perspective in our “Upside Down Time” workshop, where we embrace the art of inversions and explore yoga poses that turn our world upside down. This event is designed for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, offering a supportive environment to learn and refine techniques for safe and effective inversions.

Through guided instruction by two instructors, you’ll build strength, improve balance, and gain confidence in poses like headstand, forearm stand, arm balances, and handstand. Whether you’re new to inversions or looking to deepen your practice, join us for an empowering experience and see how changing your perspective can transform your yoga journey.

Stacey, who participated in the first Upside Down Time inversion workshop organized by Rissa, now possesses two years of inversion practice and experience that she will generously share with us during this event.

Classes are open to all levels, donations are not required for event entry but are appreciated and will be deposited into the Kaylon Woods Memorial Fund.

We are also excited the line up will feature two spoken word poets who have been with Yoga for Social Healing since it's inception. We look forward to receiving these powerful words.
