🍫Vegan Snicker Cups
Hello!! Well my son was asking for snicker bars, so I’ve made a vegan healthy version with 4 ingredients. 🔅Peanut Butter 300gr organic no sugar
🔅Dark chocolate 2 bars (Godiva 90%)
🔅Almond flour 100gr
🔅Roasted Peanuts 50gr
🔅stevia 2 TSB (opcional)

1️⃣Melt the chocolate in Bain Marie
2️⃣Mix the peanut butter with the almond flour and stevia
3️⃣In a mini cupcake tray line cling film and spooned the melted chocolate, spreading all over the cupcake’s hole
4️⃣Put the tray in the fridge or freezer until hard
5️⃣ take it out and spooned the peanut butter on each hole
6️⃣Spooned chocolate on top covering all the peanut butter
7️⃣Put back in the fridge until hard
Enjoy!!
You can keep the cups in the fridge 🥰
