@weloveomm

그가 말한 where ‘me’ ends and ‘not me’ begins,에 대해 생각해 보기로.

«間 Interstice» Kay Yoon @kayyoon, Shu Da @soda1900, Karu Miyoshi @karu_miyoshi, Gilly Ghim @ghimgilly 《間 Interstice》 is an exhibition featuring contemporary artists from Korea, China, and Japan, curated by Caption Seoul and the China-born curator SEIBUN, who is based in Tokyo. The exhibition takes “間 (interstice)”—a concept of gap, interval, and in-between—as its philosophical foundation, exploring fluid and unstable subjectivities that emerge within the crossings and ruptures of borders, languages, cultures, and histories. The participating artists reconstruct experiences through mediations of the body, memory, and social structures, revealing individual existence that wavers not only on a personal level but also within the shared sensibilities of East Asian generations and the globalized condition. This exhibition becomes a site of inquiry into how subjectivity perceives and persists through uncertainty, by foregrounding ‘the in-between’ as a mode of being.
