SEPTEMBER… you were a little insane

We walked. We talked. We listened to entire audiobooks. Finally finished that podcast we’d been meaning to listen to. Made our way through full albums, took approximately 700 “just going for a quick walk” walks… and kept each other accountable the whole way.

And we were also VERY serious about that leaderboard!!!

HUGE congratulations to our top 3:
💫Abigail - 885,240 steps
💫Summer - 881,668 steps
💫Kendra - 709,252 steps

Collectively, we logged 15,103,573 steps, 5,548.46 miles, and 49,067 minutes of movement… literally what the heck y’all!!

Thank you for walking with us this month, do this again soon maybe? ;)

🚨1000 CLASSES AT POWER PACK 🚨

Erin, you joined Power Pack on January 27, 2020, just days after we opened our doors for the very first time. Through all the years, seasons, changes, and everything in between, you kept showing up.

1,000 classes later, and you’re still here. You are such a special part of the Power Pack story, and we’re so grateful you’ve been here since the beginning. Cheers to you!!!

We talk about this phrase a lot over here at Power Pack...

To us, it’s more than bringing positive energy into a room. It’s showing up for yourself. Taking care of yourself. Getting stronger. Choosing growth. And realizing that the energy you create for yourself has a way of reaching the people around you.

Because good energy doesn’t stop with you. It ripples!

What does “BE THE ENERGY” mean to YOU?

Hi!!!! 🤍 I’m Sofia.

Before I was a mom, I spent years helping women build strength through movement. Then I became a mom myself and quickly realized that while everyone talks about taking care of your baby, not enough people talk about taking care of you.

I know what it’s like to crave adult conversation, to want to move your body again, and to wish there was somewhere you could show up exactly as you are.

That’s why I created Mama’s Club!!

Not just for workouts, but for community. A place where babies are welcome, friendships are made, and moms can leave feeling just a little more like themselves.

If you’re looking for your village, I hope you’ll find it here. 🤍
