The Gratitude Shift x Babes Breakfast Club
An Intimate Morning with @jamiehess

Just days before Thanksgiving, when life seems to be moving a mile a minute, we’re inviting you to slow down, take a seat, and spend a little time focusing on what really matters.

Because let’s face it, between running businesses, raising families, juggling schedules, and preparing for the holidays, how often do we actually give ourselves the space to pause and appreciate all that we have?

Join Babes in Business Long Island for a special morning at @spiritandsoulstudio w/ @jamiehess author of The Gratitude Shift, co-hosted by @elisadistefanotv

Together, we’ll explore gratitude in a whole new way. Not just as something we practice around the Thanksgiving table, but as a perspective that can change how we approach our everyday lives.

A little reflection, a lot of connection, and some much-needed time to simply be present before the holiday season kicks into full gear.

Your morning includes:
- An intimate conversation with Jamie Hess
- A guided exercise designed to help you look at gratitude in a whole new way
- A signed copy of The Gratitude Shift
- A light breakfast

Monday, November 23, 2026
Location: @spiritandsoulstudio
Co-hosted by @elisadistefanotv

Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is give ourselves permission to slow down long enough to recognize just how much we have to be grateful for.

And we can’t think of a better time, or a better group of women, to do just that.

Comment GRATITUDE and we will send you the link to register.

Starting the community I needed.

You wouldn’t know it fully from Instagram, but it’s been a roller coaster of a year.

And somewhere along the way, girls I met on IG picked me up more times than they know.

A Pilates class.
A coffee.
A random DM that turned into a friendship.
A room full of women who made me feel a little less alone.
A recommendation or referral for a doctor when I needed it most.

I started Four Wellness to create resources, connections and support for other women.

But if I’m being really honest, it’s also because I needed those things.

The women I’ve met through this little corner of the internet have reminded me just how much can happen when women actually show up for each other.

So when you wonder why Four Wellness was created, this is really it.

Because I know how much women supporting women can mean.

And while I’m starting slower than I’d like here, this is only the beginning 🤍

A little something we’ve been dreaming up behind the scenes.

Today we hosted a small group of wellness girls - women building, creating, dreaming and figuring it out as they go - and it was exactly the kind of gathering we’ve been craving.

We love a big wellness event (and there will always be plenty of those), but we also wanted a space to slow down. To actually sit across from one another, have real conversations, share what we’re working on, brainstorm, support one another and just… connect.

Because to us, that’s wellness too.

So we’ve been thinking about The Four Wellness Table: a space for women to come as they are, connect with one another and make a little more room for community.

No panels.
No pitches.
No networking name tags.

Just good food, good conversation and women who genuinely want to know one another.

Today’s table was intentionally small, but we have a feeling this is just the beginning.

What do you think about The Four Wellness Table?

Drop a 🤎 if you’d want to pull up a chair at the next one.

The Long Island Wellness Collective Summer Soirée was SUCH a vibe 🌊✨ Spent the night meeting so many amazing local creators, discovering incredible vendors, talking all things wellness and adding beach Pilates to my “need to do immediately” list 😂

Got a lip flip, checked out some permanent jewelry, built the cutest swag bag at the gifting station, ate tacos that were actually TO DIE FOR 🌮 and somehow ended the night dancing with Sammies IV Drip 😭🤣

Safe to say I came for the wellness and stayed for the chaos. Already ready for the next one 🤍

A girls night, but make it wellness ✨

Local vendors, permanent jewelry, IV drips, good drinks, good food and even better company. Basically everything we love in one summer night 🤍

@longislandwellnesscollective Summer Soirée, you were so fun 🥂

For the love of matcha… a little Four Wellness BTS.

I knew a lot of my attendees were coffee drinkers, but there were a few people who LOVE matcha like me. The people pleaser in me wanted to add this little touch, but I kept going back and forth.

At the last minute, I reached out to a few vendors. A few things didn’t work out for different reasons, and then I came across @sunsi.matcha and they made it happen.

I’m very particular about trying things before introducing them into an event space, so since it was so last minute, I asked them to make me an extra can to try.

And tbh, if it wasn’t good, you weren’t getting it.

I drove two hours round trip, picked up a ton of ice to keep everything cold, and brought it home to try the night before the event.

Thankfully…it was SO good.

And even some of my coffee-only lovers ended up loving it.

Proof that sometimes the best event details come together at the last minute.

FOUR WELLNESS COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT

Consider this your sign to put yourself out there.

Long Island founders, creators, entrepreneurs, small business owners + dreamers - tell us what you’re building, dreaming about, or working toward.

Drop your name + business / what you do below, and tag a friend or woman you think this community should know.

Then take a scroll, follow someone new, send some love, make a connection - you never know where a simple follow or introduction can lead.

Because I want Four Wellness to be more than the events.

I want it to be a community where we find our people, support each other’s dreams, and show up for one another.

And pictured here are some of the women I first met through Instagram women who showed up, connected, and genuinely inspire me. A little reminder that putting yourself out there can lead to some pretty special connections.

So, let’s start here.

Who should we know?

Microneedling season is around the corner and this is one treatment I’d put on your fall skin calendar. 👀

Meet PDRN microneedling, aka the treatment you may have heard called the “salmon sperm facial.” 🐟

PDRN is a regenerative ingredient that works beautifully alongside microneedling because we’re creating controlled microchannels in the skin while delivering ingredients designed to support the skin’s natural repair process.

The goal? Healthier-looking, more hydrated, firmer, more resilient skin.

And I especially love it going into fall because after months of sun exposure, heat, and environmental stress, your skin is ready for a little repair + renewal.

If you’re thinking about microneedling this season, don’t just ask “Should I microneedle?”

Ask:

“What can we pair with it to make the treatment even more effective?”

That’s where PDRN comes in. 🤍

Save this for your fall treatment inspo and send it to the friend who is ready for her skin reset.
