POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A little less noise. A lot more presence.

An evening designed to bring you back to your senses through intentional rituals, stillness, and genuine connection.

Begin with a silent Gong Fu Cha tea ceremony led by Alexis, an ancient Chinese tradition where each pour becomes an opportunity to slow down, pay attention, and experience the moment.

From there, Alexa takes you into an immersive sound healing journey, followed by a gratitude and sharing circle to close the evening.

Silent Tea Ceremony.
Sound Healing.
Shared Gratitude.

Three experiences. One intention.

A little self-discovery. A little mischief. A healthy disregard for the ordinary.

No spiritual superiority. No pretending we’ve transcended our egos.

Just real people, unfiltered experiences, and a whole lot of living.

Because yoga was never about escaping life.

It’s about getting ALL IN. ꩜

So grateful for our first family trip to Italy and the Land of milk and honey. My baby girl is so well traveled and she just turned 4 months old! Until our next adventure

Your Body Wasn't Built to Only Have One Setting. Neither is your practice.

Consider your comfort zone officially interrupted.
Mobility has a seat at the table.

Things just got more interesting.
Freedom has range.◈

We could probably explain what goes on around here.
But that would ruin half the fun.

What we’ve built has a pulse of its own.
It moves.
It connects.
It gets loud, gets quiet, gets a little weird and always leaves room for more.

Depth lives here. So does personality.
We take both pretty damn seriously.
Consider this less of a “come check us out.”

And more of a…
damn, wish you were here.

This wasn’t staged for the camera.

Side effects may include having entirely too good of a time.

Yoga was always the plan.

Getting slightly addicted to the experience wasn’t.

Strong practice.
Plenty of personality.
A healthy disregard for being overly serious.

Exactly as it should be.
You’ll understand when you get here.

Off-duty looks good on us.

Namaste-ish. Casually enlightened.
Turns out inner peace has a social life.

Community + Love = Family

You Vinyasa.
But do you Krama?

Years on the mat, yet still negotiating with the same limitations?

You’re not stuck. Maybe your practice is. Your edge has more to reveal.

Your Move.

𝗔𝘀𝗵𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁. 🔥

And once it clicks, you understand why people keep coming back.

The more familiar the sequence becomes, the more room you have to actually 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲.

To feel the rhythm.
Play with the transitions.
Explore your edges.
Build strength.
Find more ease inside the shapes.

Then one day… it all starts to land.

You know where you’re going.
Your body knows what to do.
And the whole thing just 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀.

Strong. Focused. A little sweaty.
And ridiculously satisfying. 🔥

The Primary Series is more than a sequence of postures. It’s a practice with structure, intelligence, and intention.

There is purpose in the order. A relationship between breath, gaze, energy, and movement that begins to reveal itself when you have the space to look a little closer.

Pause inside the posture.
Study the transition.
Ask the question.
Try another way.
Notice what changes.

Because learning Ashtanga isn’t simply knowing where you go next.

It’s understanding why you’re going there, and once you begin to see the practice that way, the sequence starts to unfold. ॐ
