Two years ago, I got home from Bonnaroo and found out that The Healthy High had become an Amazon Best Seller. 📖🥹✨

It feels full circle celebrating this anniversary just a few days after returning from Bonnaroo again. 🎡

When I wrote this book, I was determined to figure out how to create a life that felt good—not just one that looked good on paper.

I was tired of burnout.

Tired of feeling like I had to hustle my way to happiness.

Tired of chasing a finish line that kept moving.

The practices I shared in The Healthy High helped me move from burned out to balanced, and the coolest part is… they’re still working.

Every year brings more freedom, more joy, more meaningful connections, more adventures, and more trust in myself than I thought was possible.

I am genuinely living the most fun freakin’ dream life, and I’m so grateful to the version of me who was brave enough to write this book and share everything she learned along the way. 💛

I’ve spent the last few weeks creating something new for aspiring authors—a free challenge designed to help you finally start writing your memoir.

It’s called Write Your S.T.O.R.Y., and it’s almost ready.

I can’t wait to share it with you because I know you have a story to tell too!!!

For now, I’m just celebrating this milestone and saying thank you to everyone who has read, shared, reviewed, gifted, or supported The Healthy High over the past two years.

Fun fact: I’m a secret DIY YouTube addict. 😅
Watching people transform spaces with their own hands? Pure joy.

But lately, I’ve been asking myself—what if I stopped watching and started doing?

So here I am in DC, trying interior design for the first time.
Terrified I’m not “creative enough.”
But also terrified of staying the same.

Travel taught me that adventure isn’t just a passport stamp—it’s a mindset.
And if I can climb a volcano in Costa Rica, surely I can rearrange a room in DC.

Your world gets more colorful when you travel it.
But what if you brought that same explorer energy home?

That’s what I’m practicing right now.

We share a mission to create safe, supportive spaces where women can grow and deepen self-trust. This month, we are donating a portion of all retreat bookings to Deep Roots to support their wellness programs for women survivors of human trafficking and addiction.
