Kinda chic to never post anymore.

A little catch-up on the year on the week of my bday.

January — Started the year visiting my favorite influencer @lolo__paez and her most adorable cat in her beautiful desert home @lolos_casita

February — Architecture + art tours with my Gemini soulmate @jillianpalucis . K-Town sunsets. Third wheel at brunch @alissanoellephotography

March — Helped planned the most epic 50th bday for a childhood friend. An unexpected roommate turned into a great new friend @palomamua . And, as always, sneaking in pool time whenever possible.

April — Fell hard for Jeff Shelton’s architecture in Santa Barbara. Found my go to dress I basically couldn’t take off all year @simonmillerusa . Got to be a plus-one to my favorite beauty editor @softblond . Took my first deep dive into the ocean and somehow came out with a wonderful new friend who shared the most beautiful pool with me.

May - Finished my first wedding of the year at one of my favorite Palm Springs oases. Checked out the new David Geffen Contemporary at LACMA and played tour guide with my dear friend. Basically live on this patio every weekend @loreto_frogtown . Finally got one of my favorite @marahoffman pieces altered. Discovered that the best daytime Sunday drinking happens at @capriclubla And checked off my first Barnsdall Park + Silver Lake wine hang of the year.

How did we ever deal with a massive pimple before patches?

Beauty editor @softblond is no stranger to a breakout, or the irresistible urge to touch, pick, and prod one until a relatively innocent blemish becomes a raging beast.

Thankfully, pimple patches have come a long way. You can now find them almost anywhere there’s a skincare aisle, and while they’ve evolved into cute shapes with added benefits, the core technology hasn’t changed all that much.
