Find your why—let it root you deeply. It will carry you through fading motivation, as commitment echoes into the fruit of success.

The Saga Continues – The Last Leg
✨ Day 38: Upper Body Pump 2 + MetCon Burnout

Light weight, tight form, minimal rest = maximum pressure.
Then finished it off with 5 rounds of “don’t quit.”

💥 Superset A: Filmed🎥
Cable Lateral Raise
Cable Triceps Extensions
Shoulder Press
(5rounds // 12–15 reps // short rest)

💥 Superset B:
Wide-behind-neck Lat Pulldown
Wide-front Lat Pulldown
Supinated Lat Pulldown
(5 rounds // 12–15 reps // short rest)

🔥 MetCon Finisher:
Row 500m
10 Push-Ups
(5 rounds — keep that pace UP.)

This era? No skipped reps. No skipped heartbeats.
Just me vs. limits.

Day 35: The Saga Continues… Sweats = Heavy day, loaded and lifted🔥

What keeps you showing up when it’s heavy?

Dedication > Motivation
Today started with tears. The weight of Katrina’s anniversary, Ryan Coogler’s doc, the feeling of treading water in a heavy world. Chasing a goal that feels far away. My son’s birthday is Friday, and money’s tight. We just moved into a new home I’m so grateful for, but the load is still real.
I showed up anyway. Not because I felt like it. But because dedication doesn’t ask how you feel—it just asks you to keep going. The sum is greater than the parts.

Wicked. Pushed through. Solid pace!
Do people actually wanna see the workout? 👀
Not shy about it—it’s just hard to record ‘cause I move around so much. 🫠 Like a kid on a playground, bouncing from one thing to the next!
I move like I’m chasing something.
Because I am.

Day 31: Upperbody
The saga continues… THE LAST LEG

🔑 From fat loss to feminine definition
🔄 From hustle to harmony
🔥 From weight shedder to shape shifter

The end of a cycle isn’t just a goodbye — it’s a gathering.
Of lessons, of versions, of strength I didn’t know I had.
Here’s what I’m holding as I step forward:
✨ 1. Honor what got you here.
Even if it was messy. Even if it hurt. That version of you survived so this one could thrive.

✨ 2. Release the old role.
You’re not here to keep proving what you already overcame. Let the version of you who hustled, shed, or held on... rest.

✨ 3. Clear the residue.
Old playlists, cluttered thoughts, half-hearted routines. Clean house so there’s space for what’s next to feel fresh.

✨ 4. Set the new standard.
You’re not starting over. You’re moving with intention. Align your actions with who you are becoming — not just what you want to “fix.”

🌙 Reflection:
“What do I need to thank myself for… before I move forward?”

The shedding is done. The shaping begins.

The Saga Continues — The Last Leg | Day 28: Tools of the Trade (1 of ♾️)
Not a waist trainer. Not a cheat code. Just a tool.
This wrap helps me:
• Warm up faster
• Hold heat & sweat more
• Stay focused on my core
• Feel the work 🔥

But let’s be clear —
do not depend on it.
The real work?
It’s in movement, breath, sweat, body.

No wrap can replace:
• Lunges with intention
• Core engaged through every rep
• Hill sprints
• Showing up when it’s just you and the mirror

So yeah, wrap up…
But know —
the strongest thing in this gym is the reflection.
