✨ Our first Root & Rise yoga retreat ✨

The sun actually decided to make an appearance (which felt like a personal favour from the universe), we had the most beautiful venue, delicious food, plenty of yoga and most importantly, a room full of strong, inspiring women.

We moved, stretched, breathed, slowed down and connected with Hatha, Flow to Restore, Vinyasa, breath work and a little lymphatic drainage to get everything moving!

Watching everyone relax, connect and leave feeling lighter was honestly the best part.

Thank you to every woman who came along and trusted me to host my very first retreat. You made it so special 🌸

A special thanks to Charlotte and Toff for letting us use their beautiful space for the day. You can really see how much effort goes into keeping it so gorgeous. Legends ❤️

Another special thanks to the talented Chantal Challis for photographing the day, it really means the world ❤️

Here’s to the first of many Root & Rise retreats 🌿✨

WHAT A WEEKEND. Full of beautiful people, brands, merch and everything in between. This really was a perfect pocket of all things surfing and skating. Feeling absolutely blessed to everyone that made it happen and took part that made it so special. From behind the scenes to public and those shredding the ramps. ✨🔥

I'M PLAYING MY FIRST HEADLINE SHOW 😭

Cannot wait to celebrate the launch of my first EP with a FULL BAND show at The Barbican Theatre in Plymouth on Saturday 26 September.

You can have a lil dance to the choons, a lil cry at the live strings, and enjoy a few fun surprises that I'm plotting 👀

Joining me on stage is the band of my indie folk dreams - @lukasdrinkwater on guitar, @jonfazal on bass, @normanbuchan on drums, and @samaspakeviolin on fiddle!!

Tickets are on sale now on Eventbrite (link in my bio). Who knows they may fly off the shelves like a seagull nicking a pasty from Oggy Oggy.. idk just go get yours so ya don't miss out xx
