Ampla 11 is living at @restaurant_magnolia_ in Copenhagen, and these are a few photos from my last visit

so happy to see it there, between the travertine, the flowers and that light. a place where @erin_sykes shares her world through extraordinary dishes, with a very warm ambience. thank you for having it 🤍

this space is full of little details, the ones on the plates and the ones all around. everything is thought through. the carving in the wood, the plaster wall art, the ceramic tableware chosen specially for each dish, small artworks hidden in corners. go and discover it yourself

Last night, Magnolia came to life.

Our soft opening was everything we had hoped for and more- intimate, beautiful and surrounded by so many wonderful people who came to support us and experience Magnolia for the first time.

After all the weeks of preparing, tasting, creating, adjusting and refining, there was something incredibly special about finally seeing the room filled with guests, conversations, laughter, beautiful plates and all the little details coming together.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us last night, and to everyone who has supported Magnolia along the way.

And to Erin, Lars, Theo, Tomislav, Andreas and the entire Magnolia team- thank you for the vision, the creativity, the dedication and the enormous amount of work that went into making last night what it was. So many hands and hearts have been part of bringing Magnolia to life.

What a beautiful beginning.

Next stop — September 25.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Magnolia.
