Wilde Tahi Yoga 🌿

Just a little space to share movement, moments, and things that make me feel grounded.

“Tahi” meaning one in Māori, connection to self, nature, and slowing down a little.

Yoga found me properly during my YTT in Nusa Lembongan in 2023, and ever since it’s become something I always come back to. Not for perfection, just for feeling more like myself.

Thought I’d finally share a little piece of it here 🤍
