Was I envisioning us all playing violins? I sure was. 😉 Such beauty in this movement and this song tied so nicely to our book club selection this month. Stay tuned for our next one!

Scripture & Sweat is back this Fall! 🙏🏾

🔗 in bio! Join us for a women’s only Bible Study & an amazing heated mat session @sol_arium_ ♨️ I’m so excited to move and chat with everyone.

Chicago’s getting cold, so a heated mat session is honestly perfectttt timing right. Come warm up, get some movement in, and dig into the Word with us.

Bring a friend or meet one there — see you soon 🤍
