Reasons i take my seamoss gel POST workout

💥 Electrolyte Replenishment:
It contains key minerals like potassium, magnesium, and calcium that you lose when you sweat, which prevents cramps

💥Muscle Repair: It provides amino acids (including taurine) that my body uses to rebuild and repair the tiny tears in muscle fibers caused by hard workouts.

💥Reduced Inflammation: It contains bioactive compounds and antioxidants that soothe sore muscles and help calm post exercise Inflammation

Throw in stretching exercises & i am good to go!

The trend is new. The sea moss (seeweed) isn't.

• 🇮🇪 In Ireland, seaweed was already part of coastal food traditions long before the internet existed.

• During the Great Irish Famine, when food became desperately scarce, coastal communities turned to what the sea could provide. Seaweeds became part of the food people relied on for sustainance to help get through incredibly difficult times.

• 🌿 It wasn't a trendy wellness ingredient. It was food.
Something people could harvest, prepare and add to their diets when options were limited.

• 🧂 And naturally because sea moss contains minerals and nutrients, it also contributed nutritional value to the diet—providing minerals such as iodine, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

• And Ireland isn't the only place with a history of eating seaweed. Across different coastal cultures, seaweeds have been used as food for generations.

• 📱 Today, celebrities and social media may have made sea moss famous…
but people were eating it and being nourished by it long before anyone had a phone to post about it. 😂

What started as a food source in difficult times has become a food source people continue to choose today for its many benefits.

Try this consistently for 3 months
1. Have seamoss gel daily, you can purchase raw or in gel form via @sol_healing_wellness or @soko_district_rosebank (physical store)

2. Make your own clove and rosemary toner/mist. All you need is cloves, dried rosemary, water and a spray bottle.

80's, 90's babies are just built different, cause why is it that we don't look like the things we've been through?
The sleepless nights, the club, the house parties etc
Thank God these memories are not online 😅.
If you still have a good working liver, no phuza face, healthy body, all your original teeth and a good memory, YOU ARE GOD'S FAVORITE OK.
THANK HIM EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Also, God is doing His part -be glad that He is merciful, slow to anger & quick to forgive ‐ now do yours!
Take care of your vessel, it still has some good decades in it (God willingly).

@sol_healing_wellness seamoss gel and raw seamoss is available to order online or you can purchase in the physical store @soko_district_rosebank

I also use his socks to slide across the house and reenact the Tom Cruise scene from Risky Business. Milennials know what it am talking about 🤣.

New Month starting tomorrow, let me know if you need to restock your seamoss gel from @sol_healing_wellness.

Also available in physical store @soko_district_rosebank

My morning routine is simple yet effect. I don't have the time or patience to do 10 steps before my breakfast, so this works beautifully.
This is not medical advice. Just one of those little habits that makes a difference for me. ✨

I start my mornings with warm water and apple cider vinegar, followed by a scoop of sea moss gel.

Why?

🌿 A healthy gut tends to show up everywhere—from digestion to energy levels and even your skin.

✨ Apple cider vinegar has been linked to supporting digestion and may help with appetite control, which is why so many people include it in their wellness routines.

💛 Sea moss is rich in minerals that support the body's natural collagen production, helping to maintain healthy, glowing skin and support overall wellness.

And if you've ever struggled with feeling sluggish, bloated, or irregular, getting your gut health in check can be a game changer.

What's one non-negotiable in your morning routine (besides ☕️ 🤣)?

People often ask me why I started @sol_healing_wellness

The answer is actually very simple.

I didn't start this business because I wanted to sell a product.

I started it because I wanted to share something that became part of my own wellness journey.

As I've gotten older, I've become more intentional about how I care for myself. Not because I'm trying to stop aging, but because I want to continue living fully.

I want to travel. I want to move my body. I want to enjoy time with the people I love. I want to pursue my purpose with energy and clarity.

And I've learned that those things don't happen by accident.

They require intention.

For me, that looks like exercising regularly, spending time in nature, managing stress, prioritizing rest, nourishing my body with good food, and making time for myself without guilt.

Sea moss gel became one of the tools that supports that lifestyle.

Not a magic solution. Not a shortcut.

Just one of the many choices I make to invest in my wellbeing.

That's what Sol Healing has always been about.

Helping women build habits that support the life they want to live.

Because wellness isn't about looking a certain way.

It's about feeling strong enough, healthy enough, and energized enough to keep showing up for the life you were created to live.

What is one habit that has positively changed your health journey? Share it below. 💙

One thing I always look for when I travel is a gym or a body of water.

Not because I'm trying to burn off my vacation meals 😄, but because movement helps me enjoy the trip even more.

I love being a tourist. I love exploring, walking for hours, discovering new places, and making the most of every destination. Staying active helps me keep up with the adventure.

Swimming has become one of my favourite forms of exercise after 40 because it works almost every muscle in the body while being gentle on the joints. It helps with strength, endurance, circulation, mobility, and for me, it's also one of the best ways to reset mentally.

The older I get, the more I appreciate habits that help me feel good from the inside out.

And since someone will ask... yes, my daily @sol_healing_wellness sea moss gel is part of that routine too. A little shameless plug there. 😄

What's one healthy habit you refuse to leave behind when you travel? 🤍

Your cycle is not random. Your body is communicating with you 🌸✨

Each phase of a woman’s cycle comes with different hormonal shifts, energy levels, cravings, emotions, and nutritional needs.

The more we understand our bodies, the better we can support them intentionally instead of fighting against them.

From the menstrual phase to ovulation and the luteal phase, nourishing your body with minerals, hydration, rest, movement, and wholesome foods can make a real difference in how you feel throughout the month.

Sea moss has become a favourite in many women’s wellness routines because it naturally contains minerals like:
✨ Magnesium
✨ Potassium
✨ Iron
✨ Calcium
✨ Iodine

These minerals are commonly associated with supporting:
• Energy production
• Hydration
• Hormone balance
• Skin health
• Overall wellness

Your body changes throughout the month.
Your wellness routine should too 💚

Save this post for your next cycle and share it with a woman who needs this reminder.
