Great track session with @solaceperformance this morning⚡️

The morning temperature measured 3 degrees but it didn’t take us long to warm up. Felt so good to stretch my legs and see how far I could push it. Safe to say it nearly finished me off😂

Track sessions are back!!!!👟🏃‍♀️🌟

After racing and then heading off to the airport for a week of R&R 🏖️🍹☀️ This post is better late than never ……

Potters ‘Arf 2026 it never gets any easier with them hills, but the support was amazing from runners to spectators! Including the incredible hydration station provided by @solaceperformance before heartbreak hill and of course @rjssportstherapy on his bike!
Shout out to my support crew who whizz round the course popping up to cheer me on 🥰. It’s my favourite finish line!!! 🏁

🏃🏼 POTTERS 'ARF 2026 | Why Heartbreak Hill? ⛰️

If you've run the Potters 'Arf, you probably already know the answer...

Milton Road is one of the most iconic sections of the course, testing runners' determination as they tackle the climb towards the summit of the infamous Heartbreak Hill.

Some ran. Some jogged. Some walked. Everyone dug deep. 💪🏼

Were you one of them? Can you spot yourself, a friend, a family member, or your running club?

👇🏼 Tag them in the comments.

A couple of curve balls to dodge, which she did to make sure to get the job done 🎉
