Best memories of 2025 still linger like the Ganga's gentle waves 🌊 Best people, best moments – would give anything to go back to those sun-kissed days, freeze time, and soak in the peace again !!!!!

Guru Purnima

Honouring all gurus, mentors, and teachers: those from the past, the present and the ones still emerging.

Those who have taught me not only through yoga, but through life and helping me redefine my own spirituality.

To every student who becomes a teacher and every teacher who remains a student.

To the teacher, that became my dearest friend. 🩵
And to the dear friends who, without knowing, became some of my greatest teachers. 🧡

Thank you 💖🙏

Still processing the time I was fortunate enough to spend in Rishikesh. 💫
All the wonderful souls I have met, unforgettable experiences, my own reconnection to spirituality, the deepening of my own yoga practice and so much more..
Forever grateful, still lost for the right words. ✨

🙏🧡

🌴 In April I completed a sound healing course. Something which was completely new to me, but now definitely has awakened a special interest. It is amazing to experience the healing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls and other sacred instruments. I am looking forward to explore how I can incorporate this new skill into my yoga teachings 🤍

CLOSING CEREMONY 200H Yoga Teacher Training 🪷 a party I’ll never forget. One month in Rishikesh is behind me, and I’m taking home the most magical energy ever.
Vinyasa Yoga Ashram — the people, the teachers — became my home for a while. Days full of yoga, pranayama, meditation… plus alignments, anatomy, philosophy — well, it was a lot. So many thoughts, so many insights — I’ll be processing it all for a while.
I used to imagine spirituality as calm oasis far away from the messy reality of human life…
But here, I realized the deepest kind of spirituality can shine right in the middle of dusty, noisy streets — surrounded by people who don’t have it easy, yet their souls still glow.

It was an honor to live the most vibrant, colorful month of my life with all of you. Namaste ❤️🧡🙌
