Amazing technical climb on "Via Ferrata" Piz Trovat in Switzerland. Interesting as we got some fresh snow, and it was the last climbing day of the season. Had the route all to ourselves, it was truly exhilarating - loved doing it with Gabi, Gareth and Sidney!

Another Rooftop Yoga at @theshopsatkenilworth is in the books and there’s no denying it - this event just keeps getting better every year! Bright and early on a recent Sunday morning, 150 guests came together to stretch, flex and calm their nervous systems with a one-hour yoga practice under an early morning summer sun. Afterwards, they enjoyed mimosas and lite brunch while cuddling adoptable kittens and walking away with some stellar door prizes, while all the proceeds benefited Show Your Soft Side and @barcsanimalshelter.

We are incredibly grateful to The Shops at Kenilworth for, year after year, including us in this event. And we’d also like to thank @themine.fit and their fabulous yoga instructor Sidney Nelson (@solar.flows), as well as @gundalow_gourmet and @thegourmetatkenilworth for a delicious ending to the morning. In addition to raising much-needed funds for SYSS and BARCS Animal Shelter, you’ll be happy to know – Bugs Jr from Breakfast Club Cats (@breakfastclubcats_md) met his forever mom that day. ❤

I stay cheesing for the camera 😀

Yall this cat was the absolute cutest 😭😭😭. He purred when I picked him up 😍😍😍. I’m glad he’s going to a good home. The roof top yoga flow was so amazing @solar.flows @themine.fit @theshopsatkenilworth.

There’s so many adoptable animals at @barcsanimalshelter and I’m so happy I was able to play with some of them.

This weekend is all about movement and staying stress free. Tomorrow is the anniversary of my grandmother’s passing and I want to be in a good mental space. Doing things that bring me joy during a time of sadness.

@drinkzenjoy in my hand and my mom by my side. I think I’ll be just fine ♥️

Can’t wait to get my yoga on @solar.flows
