🔥🐆 SHAKE IT OUT 2: Unleash your Wild 🐆🔥

We’re back for round two! And this time, we’re leaning into our wild side. 😏

You know that part of you that wants to dance like nobody’s watching, wear something a little outrageous, shake your booty, and let loose without worrying what anyone thinks?

We encourage you to show up embracing YOUR wild - maybe that looks like fur, fringe, leather, lace, animal print, wild hair, glitter…or that outfit you’ve been waiting for an excuse to wear. Whatever makes you feel BOLD and YOU💋

🎧 DJ Peach Delight will be back with her flavour of dub, jungle, and booty-shaking beats! 🍑🔊

Get ready for an ecstatic dance journey where we’ll build the energy, SHAKE IT ALL OUT, and bring you gently back down to earth. 🫶🏼

🖤THE DEETS🖤

📅 Saturday, October 24
🕖 7–9 PM
📍 The HUB @ Cowichan Station, Duncan
🎟️ Sliding scale: $30–$45

Sooo…are you ready to shake it out, unleash your wild, and leave feeling a little more ALIVE than you came?!

Who’s coming??? 🤩🤩🤩

DM us or comment WILD and we’ll send you the link to register 💋

Theory mornings huddled with a warm cup of tea and shared dreams. Hands-on afternoons with a crackling fire and deep flow.

☕️🕯️✨👐

I can’t think of anywhere I’d rather be but in these spaces.

Holding practitioners as they bloom into an elevated version of their craft.

Rooted Touch is so much more than a 4-day massage training. It lives at the intersection of science and wisdom, technique and intuition. Inviting a deeper evolution of how we understand, practice and experience bodywork.

We gather next in Spring of 2027. Link in Bio for details and to apply.

These cards I pulled yesterday at a Women's circle I had the pleasure of attending 😍

The "Birthing a New Age"... I pulled it a few days ago.
Just that 1 card.
Then again yesterday.

Sometimes messages are meant to be heard & received- even if all they are is a reminder we are on the right path 🥰

Highly recommend checking out the various offerings at Envision Healing in Duncan.
It's where I've now attended my 2nd circle with Ashley & Alicia. Time for myself to attend is one of the best things I've done lately.
I'm a better person & mother thx to taking time for me 💜
