Things I’ve been trying out lately:

Reminding myself I don’t have to earn my rest and meditation is not a luxury.

Some new period underwear from @thinx (not sponsored but wassup Thinx?). Comfortable and enjoyable so far, but this is only day one.

Accepting love and support with my head held high and giving love and support freely with an open heart.

A new black wall in my office thanks to Chachie, with Doupl comin in clutch with some excellent lifting skills and unplugging/replugging.

Personal Knowledge Management techniques like atomic notes & zettlekasten, working with programs like Notion, Milanote, Obsidian & of course GPT & Bard and other things to help me move closer to my goals mindfully.

Reading. A ton.

Scheduling in more time to play with my baby girl and alone.

Minimizing and donating clothes, toys and other things we don’t need or use.

Going out in the world and actually buying a new pair of jeans for the first time in years.
