👏🏻 SOLD! 👏🏻 $3,460,000 • 7431 FRANKLIN AVE • LOS ANGELES • 4 BED + 3 BATH • 3,100 SQUARE FEET

📍Los Angeles | Steps from Runyon

Thrilled for my friends and clients on this one - a rare opportunity in the foothills. Originally sold for $4.9M at the peak of the market in 2021, this architectural gem later returned as a bank-owned property, giving us the opportunity to negotiate strategically and secure it for $3.46M just a few years later!

Just moments from Runyon and Sunset, this gated modern retreat captures the essence of Los Angeles living - bold design, complete privacy, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A striking brass-clad entry opens to white oak floors and a La Cornue–adorned chef’s kitchen made for entertaining. Fleetwood doors reveal tranquil outdoor spaces and a private saltwater pool, while the upstairs primary level offers sweeping skyline views from two expansive terraces. Quiet luxury, with daily Runyon treks just steps away - what could be better?

Swoon.

This showpiece home is mid-century design at its finest. Crafted by architect David Compton and artist Jean Edelstein — with outdoor spaces designed by iconic landscape architect Garrett Eckbo — the property is a true time capsule. Warm wood accents, terrazzo floors, and original details ground the 1961 home. A seamless indoor-outdoor flow between all rooms, the property embodies the spirit of California modernism.

Honored and humbled by this recognition from @lamag. It doesn’t feel like long ago I was weighing the pros and cons of leaving behind my advertising career of over a decade in NYC, to start over from scratch as a real estate agent in LA. As I reflect on that insanely tough decision and rigorous but fun ride to follow, I owe my immense thanks to my dear clients for their trust, and to everyone who has supported me along the way. 💚

👏🏻 SOLD! 👏🏻 $3,700,000 👏🏻 THE CENTURY #7C • 2 BED + 3 BATH • 2,780 SQUARE FEET

I’m deeply grateful for this recent sale—years in the making—which proved as challenging as it was enriching. What began as a simple rental evolved into an intricate sale, testing my patience, negotiation skills, and resilience. This journey has been a testament to the power of persistence and the ability to adapt under varied circumstances. As I navigated through one complexity after another and bridged differences across continents and cultures, the experience surpassed a mere transaction; it became an exercise and lesson in resilience.

Every step, from the initial stages to its successful conclusion, underscored the importance of maintaining a clear mind, being ready to pivot, and putting in the hard work. The challenges encountered were not just obstacles but opportunities to grow, learn, and ultimately succeed. Without getting into the specifics, trust me when I say this was a tough one!! My heartfelt thanks goes to everyone involved in this adventure—my wonderful sellers, tenants, buyers, the buyer’s agent, my assistant, and the support team and leadership at Christie’s. Your support and patience truly made all the difference. Congrats to my sellers, and I can’t wait to celebrate with you soon! 🥂
