An entire orchestra, one van, and a drive into the desert to make something special ☁️🌞🌵

Volcán took over @sonicranch to bring ‘Bailaremos’ to life, and I got to be there to capture it all through my lens 🎞️🌳✨

Wow, it’s been one whole year since my big debut dropped! Out Of My Hands 10.17.25

This record taught me so much about myself. Spinning it now while writing this for the first time since the release, eating my favorite almond apricot scone and drinking a homemade latte in celebration. Proud of this thing!

It may not sound like a lot from the outside but the above is me applying what I’ve learned over the last year or two. Making this record shined a light on everything, especially the parts that needed more love & light. The songs express those parts and the whole emotional spectrum they belong to. I’ve often felt late to my own music career but I don’t really care about that anymore. I’m just happy to be where I’m at and happy to continue giving myself the grace along the way. Also, I’ve been writing new tunes which feels amazing :)

Speaking of, the team below gave me and the songs a lot of love and grace while making this thing in the deserts of @sonicranch years ago. What a time we had!

Thank you to @samwebermusic @ricc_jamzz @__micah___ @marioramirez_m @danobrien_phonoemulsionrecords @ktooch & Matt Bean

And thank YOU who are reading this for all your support.
Give it a spin or better yet, hit my website michaelsuddes.com for a physical copy. I’d love to get one in your hands! 🤲🏼

FOR YOUR GRAMMY CONSIDERATION

TomGirl is my most personal body of work to date. A time capsule of my twenties, this album explores love, grief, identity, and forgiveness, tracing the journey of learning to embrace every contradiction that makes us who we are.

Created by an incredible group of artist, TomGirl represents years of songwriting, production, and personal growth. It is a reflection of who I was, who I am, and who I am still becoming.
