Grateful for a fun Birthday week! 🥳🎂🥂💖 To all of my friends and family who reached out, thank you! I had out of town dear friends come to stay, there was a 🎥, playoff 🏀 game, fun concert 🎶, dinners, and 🍰. I love the small intimate dinner party at my home as a chance to connect with and honor those who are my tribe, my heart, my loves 💞🥰 (and practice my Southern-Belle decorative creativity) . Cheers 🥂 to another year ✨!

There’s something powerful that happens when you support the body physically and energetically at the same time ✨

NAD+ works at the cellular level to restore energy, support brain function, and enhance overall vitality… while Reiki helps guide the body into a calm, regulated state where it can more easily receive and integrate those benefits.

When combined, the experience is completely different.

✨ Less intensity
✨ More ease
✨ Deeper integration

This is where cellular restoration meets energetic alignment—and why we love pairing these two modalities together.

Join us this Friday for our NAD+ & Reiki Wellness Experience in collaboration with @traversefitness 🤍

• NAD+ is optional, but the event is designed around the full combined experience
• Limited NAD spots available

Comment “EVENT” or DM us to get on the waitlist ✨

Dear Denver Healers,

You’re invited to come see if our space aligns with your offerings. We are seeking alignment over anything and all events hosted here are geared towards women’s empowerment, nervous system regulation, sustainability and wellness. If you feel the call, please reach out and I will send you our event guidelines to see if a collaboration is a good fit!

Grateful for the beauties who have and continue to bless our space and excited to meet those of you we haven’t met yet 🫶🥰✨

Love,
Kelly & the @lehisalon girls 💜

So after Part 1, this happened….

July was peak Summer Fun, then August, September, and October was watching my brother(@kr0npatel ), my cousin (@kriispykriis )and best friend (@brittmo4132 )get married to the most amazing humans and then also making memories in between with so many of my favs and doggos, and lastly November and December meant finally being able to slow down and enjoy what the world around me had to offer. By no means was 2025 easy or as glorious as the post above may seem but these highlighted moments sure do make the yucky parts less yucky.

Please be kind 2026, 2025 wasn’t too shabby.
