WHY PINK IS THE NEW NEUTRAL.

Pink cheats the eye. Almost red, almost copper, almost peach, almost strawberry blonde. Somewhere between all four, which is exactly why I love it.

My go to wild card colour….it flattering, still beautifying, just with a bit of punk thrown in

i had some birthdays over the past week and I am incredibly grateful for all the love I have in my life 🫶🏼

Couple of reflections
- i am very proud of myself for building such an amazing family (and my brigadeiros)
- i spent a lot of time reconsidering my learned definitions of success and failure
- the key learning I had at this age was acceptance. I let many endings be endings, moved through them without needing much explanation, and learned to sit with and maybe embrace the uncertainty that challenged me most in the first half of my life
- i promise myself in my new age, as I sit with plenty of uncertainty, I will not act out of fear or distress when I make important decisions & most importantly i will not be afraid of making them

After our recent doubles performance, we would love to share our magic with you.

We’re so excited to host a special doubles workshop where we will create fun partner shapes, creative transitions, and lots of flying together

Last Sunday, we held our first show night after the Tarwekamp explosion in 2024. It felt incredibly special to be back at the Ludens Theater, surrounded by so many talented students and instructors. ♥️♥️♥️

Being back on stage reminded us why we do this — not just to perform, but to connect, to support one another, and to share our passion for pole and aerial with our loved ones.

We are deeply grateful to all the performers, instructors, backstage crew, and everyone who showed up to support us and share such a powerful and beautiful night. Your energy and cheers made it unforgettable!

This act was indeed a declaration of love for friendship. It’s a personal story, but it resonates with many of us who overcome tough times thanks to the care our friends show us.
