Last Wednesday afternoon, we left our desks and headed to Son Moragues, in Valldemossa, all together.

We walked through the olive groves, did a tasting and stayed for a long lunch. For once there was no project to discuss, just time to get to know each other beyond the day-to-day.

We came away inspired by how SONMO works. Everything is still made by hand, with what the land gives, and the terraces are looked after much as they were centuries ago. It’s the same respect we try to bring to every home we work on.

Time to say goodbye to a beautiful place and the beautiful people who made this experience so special. 🤍🌿

We leave Mallorca with more than memories. We leave with a renewed sense of community, deeper connections, and a commitment to pause, be present, and truly LIVE.

Between movement, nourishing food, meaningful conversations, and new adventures, we were reminded that wellness is about so much more than how we move our bodies. It’s about how we connect, how we slow down, and how we show up for ourselves and one another.

My heart is full, and I’m so grateful for this incredible journey with Meridan and our amazing group of women.

Mornings at Can Alma begin with the light.
It comes in through the linen first, soft and pale, and moves from room to room as the day wakes up. Open the curtains. Make the coffee slowly. Carry it out to the private terrace while the old town is still quiet.
Nothing here asks you to hurry. The high ceilings, the floors that feel like fine sand underfoot, the handmade things all around you: everything seems made to give you a little more time.

Maybe that is what a home can give you, at its best. Not more things, but more time, and the calm to notice it.

Spanish wool and crafts

I had the privilege to spend one week visiting Spanish wool mills, workshops and brands. I’m very impressed by the hand woven textiles of Spanish merino wool by @teixidors since 1983, woolen and worsted mills, beautiful pieces of Mallorcan wool by @sonmo and traditionally woven Ikat fabrics by @bujosatextil

So great to see that many companies in Spain have managed to keep both traditions and values alive, using natural materials in both industrial and artisanal processes. 🐏

fomos conhecer a Son Moragues, em Valldemossa, e fizemos um passeio pelos olivais conhecendo um pouco da história do lugar, das oliveiras e de como o azeite é produzido por aqui

depois teve degustação de azeites (sim bebemos azeite) e terminamos com um picnic maravilhoso no meio das oliveiras

eles têm vários tipos de experiências e eu amei conhecer!! já salva essa dica pra quando você vier pra Mallorca 🫒
