Everything is hotter in Miami. Few things are hotter than Miami.

These Miami heated studios & instructors bringing their classes to life certainly are.

We know Miami girls do not play about their workouts. From heated pilates and sculpt to yoga rooms that take “hot” very seriously, these are the classes turning up the temperature in a city that hardly needed the help. 🌡️

August 😮‍💨 You’re always a tornado month which forced me to slow down and appreciate this chaotic little life I have.

Tidbits of sparkle gleaming through the chaos:
✨age is just a number
✨six yrs of riding bikes + 1000x leading the room
✨thirteen yrs owning a dream
✨‘first day’ jitters
✨silliness + innocence
✨watching someone else’s dream become reality
✨ being surrounded by physical strength
✨showing up for friends bc time is currency
✨seeing the beauty that’s right in front of me

Onward to September…
