So grateful to have been part of this amazing @sosdanceglobal masterclass choreographed and taught by @joshwharmby, at one of London’s most iconic dance studios, @themanorldn ✨💖
and also been able to share this experience with my @sos__kami and @lilmsrandom girls 🫶🏼🔥

So very proud of myself for smashing this routine - and on camera too.

Learnt this banger of a fast-paced routine by @joshwharmby in a two hour masterclass organised by @sosdanceglobal at the magnificent dance studio that is @themanorldn. So glad to have had my SOS Boss @sos__kami and a fellow Greenwich Queen at the same class too.

Yes, I didn't dance it perfectly, but between this and last week's Low, I'm actually starting to like what I see when I watch myself back, rather than hone in on all of my development areas, as we call them nowadays.

Josh's rule no. 1: If you're not struggling, you're not learning.

London BOSSES assembled ❤️‍🔥

Such a fab afternoon dancing with the SOS family on Sunday 🖤

@joshwharmby created us a bespoke remix to Rihanna’s song SOS (just for us SOSers!). It was FULL OUT but felt incredible to not only dance with so many Queens and BOSSES in the same room but to learn from such a dance legend.

Broken body but full heart the next day✨

FULL OUT with the BOSSES, Josh & Bonnie.

When you’ve got 2% left but the choreo deserves 100

Whole squad 🔥

Blessed and battered at the end ✨

YOUR NEW COMMERCIAL ROUTINE IS HERE 💥🔥

CARNIVAL HAS ARRIVED QUEENS! 🌴💋

What better way to celebrate than with Sean Paul’s iconic ‘Get Busy’?! 😝

Released back in 2003 and STILL getting everyone straight onto the dance floor… this one is giving SHAKE THAT THANG 🍑🫦

Choreographed by our one and only @randallwatson_ this routine is pure vibes 🤪

Having danced with Beyoncé, performed with J.Lo at the Super Bowl, Rihanna, Victoria Monét, Taylor Swift & MORE… Randall brings that magic to SOS every single time 🎤💥

In Randall’s words:

“This is Carnival vibes! So feel yourself and move them hips because we’re gonna twerk it out. Let’s have FUN!” 🤩
And THAT is exactly what this one is about.

The community. The energy. The party. The FUN. 🪩🔥

And this preview is extra special because you’re watching the SOS BOSS TEAM get busy alongside Randall + our CEO @bonnieparsons 👏🔥

Now… LET’S GET BUSY 😜

THIS ROUND UP IS NEXT LEVEL 🔥💯

For this Valentine’s Day, we went all out and invited @annsummers to the party 👏 We got dressed up and our alter ego’s came all the way out! Out OUT!!

There’s something soooo empowering about being that character but also expressing an inner truth, right!?

You all look AMAZING 👏, and we will really miss this routine!

It’s so inspiring to watch all your videos coming in, and with IWD around the corner dancing to God Is A Woman, chosen by you - let’s keep this bold, fearless, SUPER gorgeous energy going.

Your next Hees routine is all about tapping into your inner Goddess, so let’s continue to take it there! 🪷

We will continue to play, be powerful, be fierce, vulnerable and sexy as hell (all for ourselves), all at once!! ❤️‍🔥👑

As always, 🔗 in bio to find your closest class, and please join us in giving these ladies a huge round of applause!! 💐✨🤌👏
