Just Finished Trail Conditioning week in my build up to the race to remember for @combatstress

48 Miles of trail running with 7255ft of elevation gain over 4 runs!
Monday- 18miles
Tuesday- 7 miles
Thursday- 13miles
Friday- 10miles

Ran with @made.running on Wednesday for my weekly fast 5k- 19mins 34seconds

So finished the week in 51miles🙏🏻
Next week is road conditioning then tapering until race week 👌🏻 in great shape just tweeking fuelling and trying not to aggravate injuries🤣

Great week of training this week, two third fastest runs 10miles & half Marathon & a lifetime PR in the 5km 19:24!
High intensity this week dropping into trail conditioning next🙏🏻
Can’t wait for the race to remember on the 7th of November for @combatstress!
I hope to continue showing people who have struggled with their mental health and PTSD and struggle with lifelong injuries that you can move on and start proving yourself and others wrong🫡

A little more @gather_at_festival this autumn.

Join us at @horseandbamboo on Saturday 24 October for a free event bringing together festival photography, film and live music, as part of the Rossendale Art Trail.

Photography by @soule_creative, @derrenleepoole and @jamesferguson.photography will be on display throughout the trail. On Saturday 24 October, we’ll also have film highlights from the festival, filmed by @andrewobaje, with live hip hop from a very special guest.

Happy Birthday To Us - Auteur Store is 3!

I guess in this day and age making it to 3 years as a small independent business truly is something to celebrate.

This last year has been fantastic and a massive contrast to the struggle of the first year and the slow build of the second.

Massive thank you to all our customers, brands and friends of the store, you are all truly appreciated more than you know.

& to anyone who’s in the grind of running a small indie business my DM’s are always open.

It was an honour to be asked to join the @healing_military_minds Gala that was held at the weekend, an amazing charity and an incredible group of people came together to raise £250k.
This will go on to support service members and their families that are affected by PTSD.

Next is my Race To Remember with @combatstress, I will be tackling their 76km race from Aldershot to Portsmouth 👌🏻
Raising money for combat stress and the amazing work they do!
