Stay Accountable

Today, I had the honor of speaking at Knight Frank Property Hub’s Business Conference, sharing the stage with some of the top real estate agents and leaders. The energy in the room was amazing! Loved how everyone was so engaged and supportive of one another—so inspired.

I presented a keynote titled "Breaking Barriers, Winning Opportunities," where I shared personal stories and lessons from my journey as both an athlete and entrepreneur. I even jotted down “Personal Broke Story” in my prep notes 😆— making sure to keeping it real and authentic.

Here are three key takeaways from my session:

• Know your inner game: Your beliefs and mindset shape your actions and results. Are they empowering you or holding you back?

• Strengthen discipline: We all face doubts that can stop us in our tracks. The more you tackle the tough stuff, the stronger your discipline muscle gets!

• Fail forward: Setbacks are part of the journey. Reflect on what happened and think about how you can do things differently next time. By focusing on solutions and being open to learning, you'll uncover valuable insights even in tough times.

We are at the halfway mark of January, I know many of us set sights on those big goals for the year, so I hope these takeaways help you pave the way for more wins ahead.

A huge shoutout to MD, Enoch and everyone at Knight Frank Property Hub for their warm welcome. It was a true honor to be with you all today!

🔑Keep your base and stay heavy.

Here is where putting your weight can keep you safe. @annosman teaching an escape technique if someone bear hugs you from the back, just one of the techniques taught at the MMA 101& Self defense workshop conducted at Surf and Roll TABF 2024 last month.

Surf and Roll is all about learning new skills and getting you to enjoy sports and the outdoors through martial arts such as MMA and Brazilian Jiu jitsu and watersports.
