actions > words

we must all tap into our own personal powers and figure out our role in all of this

I’m 99.9% sure it’s not being silent/doing nothing

You matter, we need you to fight for black lives to matter

I love you.

STAY SAFE OUT THERE! 🙏 our thoughts and prayers go out to all those who have already been affected by this crisis. We hope that all of you and your loved ones stay safe as this all unfolds.

There are always lessons to be learned and insight to gain in a crisis. Open your heart to the world, this is how we love and heal when things seem out of our control. Give openly. Feel the purity in pain. Recognize false fears. Be optimistic. Share light. and most importantly...WASH 👏 YOUR 👏 HANDS 👏

Makena praying over the food this morning.🌷 •
We call upon all our Divine Feminine Role Models in the spirit world and Planet Earth (: also tagged :) White Buffalo Calf Women, Mary Magdelene, Guadalupe, Mother Mary, the Goddesses of the Water, Etc.•
-Fried Rice with Greens, Nutritional Yeast, Vegan Pesto, and Liquid Aminos. Sided with colored varieties of fruits. Celery sticks after. •
-It's a blessing to be able to put our pure intention, love, and compassion in the foods that give us life. Thanking our gracious mama we walk upon for all the beautiful resources she provides. May we nurture our bodies with the best food possible. It's a huge step in loving ourselves fully. To bring conscious awareness of what we put in our body. We as women have been creating love in the kitchen for centuries. •
-We bond in the kitchen, we share in the kitchen, we heal in the kitchen, and most important we tap into the aspect of ourselves that gives birth in the kitchen. We give birth to recipes, ideas, and introspection. In the process of birth we are allowing the masculine seed of life inside us to grow and then gifting our flower of a child to the world to benefit all of humanity and assist in healing our families. The same birth is done with mama earth's medicines to assist in healthy relation to our bodies. Preparing food for people or ourselves is a very intimate experience. We are putting our energy into nurturing the fruits we bare within. Today we eat the tangible food, but most importantly we are recieving love from ourselves and our fellow sisters in the process. •
-We had @amberlilymusic song Woman playing in the background. May all wombmyn be appreciated always for the efforts that are unseen. Creator sees you mamas of the world. You are important, cherished, and adored. Thanks for making it all happen!! So grateful to be a woman! 🦋

#followthepalms here: No one is going to make you do what you need to do. No one is going to monitor your actions, emotions, and patterns. No one is going to demand that you elevate and expand.

Only you.
Only you can do that.
