Receiving my American Degree — the highest honor in the FFA — still doesn’t feel real. Only 1% of members ever earn it, and standing among that 1% is something I’ll cherish forever. 💙💛

FFA has been so much more than an organization to me. It’s been a family, a place where I found my purpose, my confidence, and my people. From the first blue jacket to this moment, it’s shaped who I am and where I’m headed.

None of this would’ve been possible without my incredible advisor, Mrs. Allison Heald. Thank you for believing in me even when I didn’t believe in myself, for pushing me to grow, and for showing me that hard work and heart truly do pay off.

This degree isn’t just a medal — it’s a reflection of years of dedication, late nights, leadership, and lessons learned along the way. Here’s to the memories, the growth, and the journey that led me here. 💫🌾

We also made a quick stop at the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory! ⚾️

Look how sharp the Southside FFA team was looking the other night! I am partial to the cute redhead on my right. I can so see Peach (my own redhead) in an FFA uniform one day…my farm girl. 🍑

Spent the week at Montgomery at the 97th annual @al_ffa state convention enjoyed the time I've had to spend with my friends and made memories that will last a lifetime and thankfully for the opportunity that God gave for me to do it.

Family… I couldn’t describe this organization, this group, this chapter, these people in an even better way. I have grown so much from this organization and without FFA I would not be the young woman I am today. Although things didn’t go the way I wanted, I know there is a bigger plan. Through my years of leadership, timeless hours at floriculture competitions, laughter, and tears I have found the best thing of all, family. I love everyone in this organization so much. My chapter, my ND family, my best friends, and family are just a small handful of individuals that have had a lasting impact on me. As my last Alabama FFA State Convention as a high school student comes to an end, it’s not a goodbye but a see you later! The theme of Growth for my last bang was so fitting for my journey throughout FFA and really hit close to my heart. I’ll soon be able to bring my own chapter to this magical place in Montgomery Alabama and watch them fall in love with FFA. And for the kids who were like me, keep on going with your silly dream. Forever blue 💙
