Good evening Ajax & Pickering! 🏘️

✨ We want to begin by congratulating all of our Divisions and partners who participated in the Back to School Cram-a-Cruiser event 🚓📚🎒 throughout the Region today!✨

WOW! — What an incredible day we all had in partnership with various @loblawson and @realcanadiansuperstore locations. 🛒🛍️

Thanks to YOUR amazing generosity 🙌, we were packed FULL of 📒✏️ school supplies, 🧴🪥toiletries, and 🥫🥣 non-perishable food items. A total of 13 vehicles were filled across the Region!

This event would not have been such a great success without the dedicated teams at all of our participating stores, who assembled affordable items and ensured they were all easily accessible for customers. We cannot thank you enough for the continued support. A very special shoutout to our local Ajax Real Canadian Superstore and Pickering Loblaws for their continued support!💯👏

A big thank you to @vsdurhamregion for their generous donation of backpacks that added to this great load.

All donations were delivered to @stpaulsfoodbank and @southside_wc ❤️ to support our local families in need. Thank you for joining us at the event! 🙏

👏 Huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated, shared a smile, and came together to support our community. 🌟 Together, we’re #CommunityStrong 💪🏽💙

Every month, thousands of Canadians rely on food banks, pantries, and community meal programs to help feed themselves and their families.

The reality of hunger can impact anyone - neighbours, classmates, coworkers, seniors, students, and families right here in our communities. While this continues to grow, so does the power of community support. 💛

For direct links, eligibility information, locations, and updated food bank/pantry/hamper days & hours, please visit our website through the link in our bio.
