Last pit stop of my last big race of the year. BT Epic is always hard and without getting much fall training done because of football, it’s even harder. Glad I had @elik.mtb and @jam_on_trails to ride with for most of the race. Lucky not to have any mechanicals or flats and only had 1 minor cramp. Had beat my last time by over 20 minutes. Lots of @carbsfuel and salt stick chews to get me to the finish. Congrats to all the SSXC teammates for finishing this monster. Thanks to the all the @south_side_xc crew for taking care of me. And big shoutout to @hildebrandt22 for working with me around football to keep me in shape. 1 last NICA race and it will be time to put in the off season training.

Lots to celebrate over the last few weekends! Our FSE athletes are on fire! 🔥🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

Huge congratulations to Michael, Jamison and Evelyn on their podium finishes!

Michael took the win at his first NICA race, followed by a third-place finish after an incredible sprint in Rolla!

Michael and Jamison went 1-2 at the Incinerator in Eureka!

Evelyn kicked off her NICA season with TWO race wins!

We’re so proud of the hard work our athletes are putting in and love seeing it pay off.

What a ride. What a day. What a community! The crew rode from Goshen Coffee Soulard → Goshen Coffee Edwardsville for the Goshen x Pedal the Cause fundraiser! 🚲☕️

Thank you to everyone who rode, grabbed a coffee, donated, or helped spread the word. Together, we supported cancer research in St. Louis — and we’re so grateful for a community that always shows up. 🫶

Coffee tastes better when it gives back (& when you've biked 46 miles round trip for it) 😉💛

There’s something about photographing cycling that I love—the speed, the unpredictability, and those split seconds where everything comes together.

Sometimes the best frame isn’t the perfectly clean one. It’s the one that feels like you were standing right there in the middle of it.

Shot at the St. Louis Gateway Cup in Holly Hills. 🚴‍♂️💨

I watched the XCO Missouri Championship race this past weekend. I thought this photo summarizes how it went.
