Season One: Episode 1 aired one year ago today on March 24, 2023!! I have whiplash, I am proud, and I'm like kiiiiinda good at history now. 😊

There are so many people to thank-- mostly those who shared their Hess Brother's stories with me, and subsequently listeners in 500+ cities around the world!

I am SO humbled. I LOVE Hess's more than I ever thought possible. I have spent worked on the podcast everyday, yet very happily don't feel it is mine. It belongs to my guests, generations of Allentownians, Lehigh Valley locals, and people I meet on the street who stop to tell me a story.

I would bet anyone around here $1M that nothing brings a local room together more than Hess's. I've seen it happen a dozen times this year. I am now going to nursing homes, church groups, volunteer organizations and speaking to them about @hesspatiopodcast.

Capturing stories of those who are the EXACT OPPOSITE of a podcast audience isn't a winning marketing strategy. Most will never listen to my podcast. But their eyes are lighting up when they hear a 30-something tell them in-person just how special they really are because they shopped/worked at Hess's.

I love it and I will continue to share as many stories as I can, for as long as I can. Thank you for a FABULOUS year!! 🎙️🍓🍰
