Grateful for another year of life, love, purpose, and becoming.

Thank you to everyone who called, texted, posted, and showed me love yesterday. 🙌🏽

A special shout-out to those who showed up and celebrated with me in person—it meant more than you know.

Here’s to embracing the imperfect, staying connected to myself, and continuing to become.

Sounds a lot like I KNEW THEN. 😉

Here’s to Chapter 39. 🥳🙌🏽

Heading to NYC to celebrate Lauren.
It’s amazing how life brings people together.
We connected on Instagram two years ago, always uplifting each other.
Meeting her today felt like the energy I already knew, just even more beautiful in person.
So grateful to celebrate my Virgo sister. ♍️✨

10 years ago today, on her birthday, I asked her to marry me. She said yes. 🥳

I KNEW THEN that love was more than a feeling. It was a choice I wanted to keep making. A decade later, I’ve had the privilege of living that truth.

Love is built in all the ordinary moments in between. In choosing each other, growing together, and making room for who we’re both becoming.

In many ways, that’s I KNEW THEN: learning to love better as we grow. Loving someone well also means loving and staying connected to yourself while becoming the healthiest version of you.

Happy birthday to my wife, my Queen, and the love of my life. 👑🫶🏽

10 years later, I’d still choose you.

…and that’s a wrap for I KNEW THEN: The Rhythm of Belonging. 🪘

Grateful for every person who showed up, leaned in, and chose connection. 🙏🏽🙌🏽

Special thank you to @graewellness for such a beautiful, warm, and intentional space. And deep appreciation to our master drummer and educator, Sidiki Conde, whose teaching and story of resilience reminded us that belonging is something we create together.

This past Saturday, the rhythm found us.
And in it, something deeper started to make sense—
connection, presence, belonging.

One final session of I KNEW THEN: The Rhythm of Belonging is happening this Saturday at 1PM. RSVP at the link in bio.

Thank you to Grae Wellness for being a home for this experience—your space holds so much intention. 🙏🏽🙌🏽
