Throughout the conversation, Andre of @sp8balltraining emphasizes that talent alone is never enough. Success comes from commitment, discipline, and the willingness to work outside of structured sessions. His mission is not only to train athletes but to educate them on how to develop their game long after the workout is over. This episode is a powerful conversation about basketball, business, fatherhood, mentorship, and the responsibility of pouring into the next generation of athletes. The road for @rjjonesss was not easy. But it built him to be strong and to keep going. His journey is far from over but I know his foundation is strong because he is my son and he is battle tested. Stay tuned to see what god got in store for him..
