What a GOOD weekend. 🤍

It was so special to have our GOOD community together, those who came from near and far to spend these four days with us.

There were plenty of laughs, lots of time on the mat, new things to explore, and more than a few moments that reminded us why we love doing this together.

Thank you to everyone who made our Summer Staycation so special. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

I took my first GOOD Mysore Ashtanga class today… and it was AMAZING.
Thank you, Holly, for welcoming me into the GOOD Ashtanga community with open arms, literally helping slide my sticky arms through my muscular calves to find kukkutasana — a pose I haven’t done in years! What a gift.
And Kyle, thank you for the steady guidance, the “what comes next,” and for keeping me honest with the sequence.
Such a powerful 90 minutes of practice. I’ll definitely be back.

Meet Kyle ✨

Kyle’s teaching is shaped by over two decades of practice, deep study, and a genuine love for the yoga community. Rooted in his Bikram practice and expanded through Rocket Yoga and classical lineages, his classes reflect both discipline and exploration — inviting students to build strength, awareness, and trust in their practice.

Rocket Yoga is where Kyle’s playful spirit shines, offering structure, momentum, and space to grow.

You can practice with him in Rocket on Tuesdays, 6:00–7:00 PM, or join his 26+2 (Music) class on Mondays, 12:00–1:00PM.
