Meet Your Guide Sonia

Experienced trainer, coach, and mentor. I spent two decades in senior creative and communications roles with teams and communities around the world, in business and non-profit settings.

Then came a period of deep burnout, one that made me question the pace, the expectations, and the ways of working that had shaped my life, and reevaluate how I saw myself and engaged with the world altogether. Breathwork and art became important practices of reconnection and a real force of transformation.

I now bring together my professional and life experience with my practice as an artist and my training in Art Psychotherapy and Community Art (Postgraduate Diploma, Metàfora). I’m also a certified breathwork coach, currently completing a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator certification with Breathing Space (GPBA-accredited).

My role is not to tell you what your experience means, but to offer a grounded space in which you can notice, explore and express it for yourself, on your own terms.

PRÊTRESSES DE L’ÎLE SACRÉE
VÖLVA RITUALS

Quand la Vision,
Devient manifestation tangible.

Quand le Mythe
Ouvre le portail de la RÉALITÉ.

Quand les voiles de l’illusion
Se lèvent
Et révèlent
L’éblouissante LUMIÈRE.

Quand les mystères
Des Temples
Murmurent dans le vent
Le chant de VÉRITÉ.

Quand la Prière silencieuse
Devient extase et RÉVÉLATION.

Quand l’invisible devient VISIBLE !
