POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The tour we humbly consider the best ticket on earth this year—Shearwater + Loma w/Any Kind—is now under way. it’s a joy to be playing together again.

We’ve been rehearsing for the past few days in the UK, and after a warm-up show in Cornwall next week, we’ll head to the EU, Switzerland, and back to the UK for an epic run of 18 shows. You can expect highlights from every Shearwater album since Palo Santo, and songs from every Loma album, well, ever.

Some shows are already sold out—and there are only 6 tickets left for Berlin!—but there are still tickets available for most dates (Geneva, Zurich, and Odense, we’re looking at you.)

You can find tickets at the link in our bios. We hope to see you out there. JM

Pinky (@crossrecord) has been taking photos for her tour diary (an incentive that we offered to funders of our tour). Here, we’ll be posting some of the pics that didn’t quite make it.

You can see more bts from our rehearsals and tour by following @shearwaterband and any of our touring party - some are more active on socials than others.

Free (practice) show! This Friday at Radio South @radiocoffeeandbeer in Austin at 8PM. Any Kind (@dandysounds) will be opening, and we’ll be trying out a bunch of songs we may or may not be playing on our upcoming European tour. We promise to know some songs by then. We hope. (EL)

i can’t believe i got to open austin city limits right after i moved to austin 😱💕 in my set, i sang a song in spanish with @connerredden to honor hispanic heritage month. i never in a million years could have imagined being back here, one year later, with a full EP of spanish songs out in the world 🇲🇽

my drummer, @samfbn helped me translate some of them - and full circle: he’s playing @aclfestival tomorrow with his own band, @flightbynothing, on the beatbox stage. go check them out if you’re at the fest !!🤘🏻

thanks for listening to these new songs, thank you austin for this dope chapter of my life, and for being open to all my weird ideas 🌧️

muchísimas gracias amix 🧡

When a planned half hour peek somehow becomes a few hours, you know you’ve got a good gallery on your hands 🦢

So very excited to share these looks into G + S’s wedding night that was equal parts vintage romance and carefree speakeasy 🍸 From a seating chart that housed miniature glass animals to film strip artwork that made an appearance through their stationery, signage, and actual photo booth — this was one FUN design suite custom made for one fun couple!! If you needed any more proof, see that last slide 🍾
