Yesterday, The Wondercade officially opened its doors for the very first time. 🌈✨

Our very first customer was another local business (👀 @speakeasybooks_and_housecat), familiar faces from Ephemera and Midnite Moon came by to cheer us on, new people wandered in to explore, and suddenly this strange little colorful world we’ve been building was full of people laughing, shopping, discovering art and taking it all in.

The shelves aren’t completely full yet. There are still things to finish, things arriving and about a million ideas we haven’t brought to life yet. But that’s exactly what a soft opening is for — opening the doors, letting the space breathe and watching The Wondercade begin to become what I imagined it could be. 🥹

And a little extra love to Blake, who drove all the way up the mountain just to support opening day — arriving with coffee, water and snacks in hand because apparently he knows I forget basic human necessities when I’m working 😂. That kind of support is pretty damn special. 💛

Thank you to everyone who walked through our doors yesterday. Truly. I felt the love.

The Wondercade is officially alive. 🌈🛸🍄⭐️🌸

Next stop: GRAND OPENING — OCTOBER 10.
